Welcome to apply for a temporary position during the spring term as a primary school teacher for leisure activities at Tomtbergaskolan.

We are a municipal school with grades F-6 located in central Huddinge. Currently, 487 students attend the school. The school, along with its playground, has undergone a major renovation and expansion completed in the autumn of 2021. We have access to fantastic facilities, a large light hall, a mini-auditorium, and other resources that open up opportunities for school and leisure activities.

About the job

As an educator in Huddinge municipality, you implement the school's curriculum in your daily work, among other things, with the help of pedagogical documentation. Together with your colleagues, you create conditions for children's learning and development by supporting the individual child, challenging norms, and actively working against discrimination. In the role of educator, care, upbringing, and learning form a whole.

You now have the opportunity to become an important part of the team for grade 1, where you will create an educational environment for our students together. You will systematically and continuously follow up and analyze the pedagogical activities in collaboration with other staff. Your responsibilities also include improving the school's quality and thereby enhancing the student's opportunities for development and learning.

Your main tasks:

• Lead, plan, and ensure the quality of the daily work in the leisure center.
• Systematically follow up and analyze the pedagogical activities in collaboration with colleagues.
• Work to develop the school's quality and thereby strengthen students' opportunities for learning and development.

Who are you?

• You must be a qualified primary school teacher for leisure activities and have experience working in primary school.
• You are well-versed in the school's governing documents and can translate the curriculum's goals into practical work.
• You have good IT skills and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.

You have a positive attitude, where the child is always the focus, and you treat everyone with care, kindness, and respect. You have the ability to see both the individual child's and the group's needs and create, together with students and colleagues, an environment that promotes quality, clarity, and structure.
