As a substitute with us, you will have the opportunity to work at various schools throughout Stockholm – both in municipal and independent institutions. This is a perfect job for you who want to gain valuable experience, develop, and make a difference for students in their daily lives.

The position can lead to longer substitute assignments or permanent employment with one of our partner schools.

With us, you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule – which makes the position excellent to combine with studies. It is also possible to work five days a week for those who want to work full-time.

About the role

As a substitute teacher, you replace regular staff during their absence, often with short notice on the same morning. Your assignment can vary between teaching according to lesson plans, being a resource person in the classroom, or supporting individual students. You create safety, structure, and a positive learning environment for the students, regardless of the length of the assignment.

You can be booked for work in:

After-school care
Preschool class
Primary school (grades F–9)

With us, you are always personally matched to the assignments that fit based on your skills and experience. You have a personal contact with us who supports you when you need it before, during, and after the job. Of course, you will receive an introduction before you start.

Qualifications and characteristics

We are looking for someone who:

· Has completed upper secondary education

· Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

· Has the ability to lead a class in a safe and clear manner

· Has relevant experience working with children and youth, such as involvement in sports clubs or similar youth activities

· Wants to be a positive role model for students

· Can work at least 3 days a week (for students, at least 1 day/week).

· Is prepared to work as promised
