Brogyllen is a historic pastry shop and family business founded in 1962. We love our craft, our ingredients, and the everyday luxury we create for our guests – always with care and pride. In our stone oven bakery in Mölndal, sourdough bread is baked using traditional methods, and in our pastry shops, we create classic pastries and cakes with a modern twist.

We are a warm and dedicated team that enjoys having fun at work, supporting each other, and together creating truly wonderful experiences for our guests.

We are now looking for a cheerful and service-oriented part-time employee for our cafés.

Extent: approx. 15 hours/week

Working hours: mainly weekends

Start: immediately

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain structure even when things get busy
• Finds it easy to smile and enjoys meeting people
• Is responsible, flexible, and takes initiative
• Enjoys sales and creating wonderful customer experiences
• Is passionate about service, good coffee, and quality in every detail
• Is curious and wants to develop together with us
• Has completed upper secondary education (requirement)
• Has previous experience from cafés, restaurants, or similar service jobs (requirement)
