JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome to the Night Patrol, you responsible and dedicated nursing assistant!

We who work as nursing assistants at the Night Patrol are awake when everyone else is sleeping. Our workplace spans the entire Växjö municipality. We assist our care recipients with various care interventions and HSL tasks. We perform both planned interventions and respond to emergency alarms. Being alone in the car at night is not a problem for us, but if you need help, you can call a colleague. With us, one night is not like the other.

You have the opportunity to work 75-100% and also have the benefit of influencing your own schedule. We give you the opportunity to grow and develop within the healthcare profession.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, a completed education from the healthcare and nursing program or equivalent is required, and a B driver's license is a requirement for all positions.

The individuals we are looking for should be secure, stable, and self-sufficient, have an easy time collaborating, and have a professional demeanor towards both colleagues and care recipients, working with the care recipient in focus. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, as we work daily to stay at the forefront and conduct ongoing development and quality work, following LifeCare Planning. It is important that you can work nights and thus sleep during the day after working.

To feel secure in your work as a nursing assistant, we would like you to have some form of previous experience in care work.

We are currently looking for both permanent employees and those who wish to be hired on a temporary basis.
