About the role – Senior Sales Coordinator and SAP Specialist in Solna

As a central part of our client's team within Sales Administration & Logistics, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, driving efficiency initiatives, and creating reports and dashboards in SAP and Power BI to support business decisions. You will have the opportunity to combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration – in an environment where the pace is high and results are visible immediately.

Manage and coordinate customer orders, including larger and customized projects

Follow up on sales orders and provide reports and insights to management

Be responsible for key customer relationships and support development and cost-saving initiatives

Build and maintain reports and dashboards in SAP and Power BI

Identify areas for improvement and implement new, effective working methods

Monitor the team's KPI's and provide support to achieve set goals

Ensure compliance with J-SOX and internal control processes

Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the company's growth

Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in sales administration, logistics, or similar functions

Very good knowledge of SAP and Power BI, including report and dashboard development

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Creative, solution-oriented, and proactive

Analytical and detail-oriented, with an understanding of both operational and strategic aspects

A strong problem solver who takes initiative and drives improvements

Independent but enjoys collaborating across departmental boundaries

Communicative, structured, and stress-resistant
