The county's palliative medicine services are distributed across 5 locations: Sundsvall, Härnösand/Timrå, Ånge, Örnsköldsvik, and Sollefteå. We are now looking for a specialist physician to join our team. The position is a permanent full-time role starting on 2026-02-01.

As a specialist physician with us, you will be stationed in palliative medicine in Sundsvall. In addition to working in Sundsvall municipality, the position also includes work in Härnösand/Timrå, Ånge, and Örnsköldsvik during the absence of ST physicians for training and vacation. We offer:

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed physician with specialist competence in palliative medicine
• Has experience working in a specialized palliative team
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has basic knowledge of English
• Holds a valid B driver's license

It is an advantage if you

• Have training in specialized palliative care
