We are continuously looking for training consultants who want to contribute their expertise through qualitative training initiatives for salespeople and sales managers across various industries.

The assignments are based on a consultancy collaboration and do not imply employment. Compensation is provided per completed assignment.

About the assignment

As a training consultant with us, you will carry out assignments in areas where you have specific expertise and practical experience. The assignments may consist of lectures, shorter training sessions, or more extensive programs, depending on demand and context.

The assignments are independent and carried out on a consultancy basis, with compensation per assignment.

The scope may vary from occasional sessions per term to more recurring collaborations over time. For many, the collaboration begins on a smaller scale and develops gradually when there is a good match and demand.

The assignment suits you if:

• you run your own business and are looking for new collaborations
• you want to share your experience in a professional training context

Focus of the assignment

We have a broad range of training offerings and are continuously working to develop new ideas and perspectives. Therefore, we welcome proposals from you who want to contribute your expertise and experience in sales and sales management.

In your application, you can highlight one or more core competencies or key issues you wish to work with – preferably those that create concrete business benefits and development in sales work.

Examples of overarching areas:

• B2B sales, customer relationships, and business development
• Sales strategy, structure, and working methods
• Sales management and coaching leadership
• Communication, influence, and professional customer meetings
• Practical methods that enhance performance, quality, and results

The list is not exhaustive – we are also open to ideas and concepts outside these areas, as long as they are relevant to the target audience.

You do not need to have a complete training program. It is sufficient to briefly describe the areas you want to contribute to in your expression of interest.

The target group is primarily salespeople and sales managers in the private sector, but other roles with business responsibility may also occur. The assignments are mainly conducted digitally but can also take place on-site.

Who are you?

In our assessment of new training consultants, we look at:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent competence through experience
• Documented experience in sales, sales management, or business development
• Experience in lecturing, training, or mentoring (meritorious)
• Pedagogical ability and personal suitability

Pedagogical experience can also be developed over time. We offer support and introduction for those who want to grow in the role of educator.

Employment form

The assignment does not involve a permanent employment but is carried out as independent consultancy assignments, with compensation per completed assignment.

The scope may vary – from occasional assignments to recurring collaborations, depending on needs and mutual interest.
