Allegio Omsorg is a family care company that wants to make a difference. We offer care and service through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

We provide care and service to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a safe service, tailored to needs and wishes. We actively work with fixed care contacts and to meet the needs and routines of our customers, in the best possible way, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the operation – we can always improve.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an employee with us, you are responsible for carrying out decided assistance measures, which include support and help with meal situations, hygiene, transfers, activation, etc. Your task will also be to support customers as needed and strengthen their ability for independence. You will be working evenings and every other weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engagement and interest in the target group.
• You are meticulous and set high standards for your work performance.
• You are service-oriented, stable, empathetic, loyal, and have good judgment.
• You have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers.
• You have the ability to take responsibility and perform work independently.
• You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
• You have a nursing assistant education (Protected Professional Title).
• Proficient in Swedish in speech and writing.
• Have a driver's license.
