Job responsibilities
In the role of technical salesperson at EagleBurgmann, you will have a varied and independent daily life where you combine technical problem-solving with long-term relationship-building sales. You will be responsible for your region in northern Sweden and plan your customer visits yourself, where you will meet both existing and new customers in the process industry, paper & pulp, energy, dairy, mining, and many more sectors. A large part of your time will be about understanding the customer's needs, identifying challenges in their rotating equipment, and together with our experienced technical team developing the best solutions – from seals and compensators to optimizing their entire equipment.
- Plan and conduct customer visits in the region
- Work with both existing customers and new customer acquisition
- Identify customer needs and develop technical solutions together with technical support
- Present quotes and solution proposals
- Assemble and install products as needed
- Drive the entire business process from first contact to closure
- Participate in fairs, industry meetings, and customer activities
- Collaborate closely with inside sales, technical team, and service workshops
You will work from home and be responsible for the area of Skellefteå-Kiruna. Travel and overnight stays are part of the role.

If you have previously worked with rotating equipment, industrial maintenance, or technical sales, it is an advantage, but equally important is your personality and drive.
Requirements for the position:
- Driving license B
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Very good knowledge of English in both speech and writing
