We are now looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Gällivare. Service and care for people and the environment are always our focus. The position is 70%, and working hours per week may vary.

The position is a temporary contract from 2026-02-02 to 2026-05-31, with the possibility of extension over the summer.

Your role as a salesperson with us

Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, assist in the warehouse, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant encounters characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to meet the customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer interaction.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious mindset to learn new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school diploma or vocational training.

Experience in retail, service work, and/or food and beverage is an advantage.
