Investigation Engineer with a focus on connection issues

About the position

In the role of Investigation Engineer focusing on connection issues, your tasks will involve working with VA investigations regarding connection conditions and acting as an expert in matters concerning this. You will handle your own connection and usage cases from a VA perspective to ensure that legal aspects are adhered to and customers are charged correctly according to the VA tariff. The work is mainly carried out independently, but there are good opportunities for collaboration on the subject matter with colleagues, as cooperation is an important prerequisite for a good result.

You will be responsible for damage handling and insurance issues and assist in the processing of temporary connections. Part of the work includes establishing agreements, such as relocating connection points, moving pipelines, and other relevant agreements.

Qualifications

You have a university degree with a technical focus, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and have basic knowledge of VA or plumbing (VVS). A valid driver's license (B) is required. We consider it an advantage if you have consulting or VA legal knowledge or familiarity with the construction process.

As a person, you are calm, attentive, and have a pleasant demeanor in collaboration with customers and colleagues. You have the ability to see the big picture and can communicate solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing. You organize and plan your work independently according to set goals.

Additional information

The position is a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement. We may apply a probationary period.

As we are a socially important operation, a security clearance is required to access the position in certain roles. As part of our security work, the final candidate for those positions will, after approval, be subject to a background check and security interview.
