We are looking for road and construction workers for seasonal employment

We are currently seeking road and construction workers for seasonal employment for our projects in Skellefteå, Umeå, and Luleå. In Road and Construction, we carry out land exploitation, foundations, roads, water and sewage facilities, fine planning, and more – regardless of the project, the goal is always to deliver a product that makes both our customers and ourselves proud and satisfied. About the role

Your tasks with us will vary between foundation work, earthworks, roads, water and sewage work, and more. You will work in a team where everyone has an important task - to perform their duties as well as possible and always with a focus on safety and productivity. We know the importance of good planning and work with planning meetings and close collaboration with the management. You will primarily work within the area you specify. The season starts in May with us.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with some industry experience in road and construction; it is an advantage if you also have a vocational certificate. To thrive with us, you should be organized, enjoy working in a team, and contribute to a good atmosphere. You are interested in sustainability and safety, have a positive attitude, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You are self-driven and do not hesitate to come up with ideas if you see that something can be done better, safer, or more efficiently. You take pride in your work and see your contribution to the project.

For this role, you need:

Driver's license B
Some industry experience
