We are now looking for a head waiter who wants to help create memorable visits for our guests during the season from March to December, with the possibility of extension.

About the role

As a head waiter, you are the face of the establishment and a key person in the guest experience. You lead the daily work in the dining room, manage table bookings, drink menus in combination with what is served from the kitchen, and planning. You work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to create a holistic experience where nature and food can speak together.

Your responsibilities

• Take care of our guests with warmth and professionalism
• Lead and distribute work in the dining room
• Be responsible for table placement, service flow, and order management of ingredients.
• Support and coach serving staff
• Work in daily operations
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure seamless service
• Participate in planning events, weddings, and group bookings
• Create an atmosphere that reflects Ragnerud's nature-inspired, personal hospitality

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in a head waiter role or equivalent responsibility in a restaurant
• Is solution-oriented, confident, and engaged
• Enjoys leading others and has an eye for detail
• Is passionate about service, food, and meeting people
• Likes an environment where the days vary
• Thrives in an operation close to nature
