Are you a passionate chef who wants to be part of the journey from the start?

On behalf of a client, we are looking for two full-time chefs for a newly opened restaurant on Avenyn. You will be a key person in the kitchen and help set the standard for quality, pace, and a first-class dining experience.

About the position

As a chef, you will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver high quality every day. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are meticulous, and appreciate order and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Scope: Full-time

Location: Avenyn, Gothenburg

Start: As agreed

Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking during service
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation according to concept
• Participate in menu development (if you wish and have an interest)
• Self-control, hygiene, and food handling according to routines
• Contribute to a good atmosphere and collaboration in the kitchen

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a chef in a restaurant kitchen
• Is self-driven, responsible, and punctual
• Thrives in a fast pace, is stress-resistant, and enjoys structure
• Has good knowledge of hygiene and food safety
• Is a team player with a positive attitude

Meritorious:

• Experience with à la carte and service under pressure
• Relevant education in restaurant/kitchen
