What do you do as a Third Line Tech at Norteam?Your primary focus as a Third Line Tech is the technical endpoint in our support organization – you take over when cases & various technical problems are at their most complex. You work with in-depth troubleshooting, system improvements, and technical development of our customers' IT environments. You are an important knowledge resource for the entire support team and actively contribute to raising the quality of our deliveries.

Furthermore, we see that you also handle escalated incidents, drive improvement projects, and participate in technical migrations and upgrades. You work closely with our infrastructure and security teams and are often the one who has direct contact with suppliers and partners during complex installations.

With us, you will have the opportunity to:

• Solve advanced technical problems within networks, servers, and applications
• Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term solutions
• Work with public cloud solutions within Microsoft, such as Azure and M365
• Participate in projects regarding system upgrades and technical development
• Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base
• Be a mentor and technical support for First and Second Line
• Work with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
• Ensure that our customers' IT environments are stable, secure, and scalable

Who are you?You are an experienced IT technician with several years of experience in support, operations, and complex troubleshooting – preferably in roles such as Second or Third Line. You have deep and broad technical expertise, but also a strong sense of service and communication.

We are looking for someone whose technical breadth is your specialty. Norteam is a Microsoft-oriented IT provider, but it is a significant advantage if you have good experience with several different technical environments. You are also a flexible person who enjoys working at different levels, and you love taking on new technical challenges.

You are self-driven and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset. You take responsibility, drive cases all the way to completion, and contribute to continuous improvements. Your technical competence allows you to handle complex challenges, and your experience gives you the confidence to make decisions and stand by them.

We also value curiosity & a desire for development – a drive to develop your skills, apply new knowledge in practice, and inspire colleagues by sharing insights and ideas.

You should have:

• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure/Intune
• Experience in network troubleshooting, firewalls, VPN, and WiFi
• Experience with public cloud solutions and/or virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting
• Experience working with security, backup, and access management
• Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written

A big plus if you also have:

• Understanding of ITIL and creating relevant documentation
• Certifications from Microsoft or similar
• Experience with Linux, SQL, VDI solutions

• Location is Stockholm, Bromma
• Work mostly from the office, with the possibility of a hybrid solution
