The facility has 62 apartments spread over 2 floors, totaling 6 departments: 3 departments with a somatic focus and 3 departments with a dementia focus.

Permanent position 100%
Full-time 40 hours/week, daytime work Mon-Fri

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated to create high-quality care for those living with us. You will also mentor nursing students. We wish that you have a prescription training in incontinence equivalent to 7.5 higher education credits.
At our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans and team assessments to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you will also make assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level take place in the facility. This provides you with a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.
