About the Position

In this key role, the customer service representative/e-commerce administrator is A Retro Tale's primary contact with customers and a clear representative of the brand. Every interaction should be characterized by professionalism, engagement, and a service level of the highest standard, in line with the premium segment. The role combines customer service with e-commerce administration and order management, requiring a high level of responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to build long-term trust in every customer interaction.
The role involves ensuring that every customer contact is handled professionally and that customer inquiries are followed up in a structured and qualitative manner – from the first contact to delivery, return, or complaint.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-class customer service via chat, email, and phone, focusing on exclusive treatment and long-term customer loyalty
  • Be responsible for order, delivery, return, and complaint management within global logistics processes
  • Own customer inquiries from start to finish and ensure high quality, clear communication, and thorough follow-up
  • Handle and pack customer orders with the utmost precision and commitment, considering product value, insurance issues, and delivery reliability
  • Guide and advise customers in a safe and sales-oriented manner regarding pricing, consignment, valuation processes, and product information
Your Background

A Retro Tale is looking for a person who is passionate about high-level service and who, with engagement and responsibility, takes on the role of ambassador for an exclusive brand. The person has an easy time building trust, takes great responsibility, and understands the importance of details in every part of the customer journey.

The following qualifications and traits are valued:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce or the premium/luxury segment
  • Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written – language skills are important to meet customers at a high level given the customer segment
  • Good logistics understanding and experience handling complex processes related to delivery, return, and complaint, preferably in global flows
  • Comfortable with high responsibility related to high-value products, including insurance and security aspects
  • Solution-oriented, structured, and willing to own customer inquiries all the way
  • A strong eye for quality, premium feel, and details that create a sense of luxury in customer interactions
Location & Start

The position is based at A Retro Tale's office in Stockholm. Start date is negotiable, but preferably as soon as possible.
