Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following:

• wants to work with a 72-year-old woman living in Åkersberga

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• has experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare

• has a B driver's license

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience with dementia

• share the client's interests such as cooking and walking

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 100%. The job involves daytime work with working hours scheduled Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
