YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As Key User ERP (D365), you are a central link between the site operations and Nammo's ERP organization. You work closely with order and logistics, production, and quality, supporting users in their daily tasks while driving improvements and development of our methods and system support.

The role combines operational user support with participation in development and improvement projects related to digitalization and efficiency.

Examples of tasks:

• Provide user support in D365 for order & logistics, production, and quality

• Analyze the business needs and translate them into system solutions and improvements

• Contribute to the management, development, and support of the ERP system on site

• Establish, develop, and anchor routines, instructions, and working methods in D365

• Train end-users and ensure current documentation and work instructions

• Troubleshoot and manage simple system issues

• Participate in projects and improvement work related to digitalization and efficiency

• Be the contact person between the site and the ERP organization

• Manage and follow up cases with Nammo Service Desk

• Administer users and mobile devices within relevant functions

The position is located in Karlsborg and reports to the Order and Logistics Manager.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who thrives in the intersection between business and IT and who wants to contribute to stable, efficient, and quality-assured working methods in an industrial environment.

You have:

• Experience working in business systems/ERP with a focus on production and supply chain

• Experience from manufacturing or process industry

• Familiarity with improvement work and business development

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Experience in system management and improvement work in collaboration between business and IT

• University degree in computer science or equivalent experience

As a person, you are communicative, analytical, and structured. You collaborate easily, are self-driven, and have a good ability to translate business needs into functioning system solutions. You take responsibility, are solution-oriented, and focus on quality and safety.
