➡️ The position starts as a part-time employment, with the possibility of transitioning to a temporary position at 75%. We are also looking for part-time employees who can step in as needed. The work is done in shifts, and on-call duty is compensated in addition to the fixed employment rate.

Our client is a social and active 31-year-old man living in Stenungsund. He has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair but is capable of moving himself. Due to impaired vision, he needs someone who can be his extra eyes in daily life. Communication occurs with single words and signs, which means that you as an assistant need to be attentive, patient, and aware of his signals. Understanding his needs and wishes is an important part of the job, and you will quickly notice that his cheerful and positive personality makes every workday rewarding.

Recruitment Process

We continuously contact candidates who are relevant for a first interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV assistans, together with the client, and any relatives, guardians, or other concerned parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a criminal record extract is always required.

Child Perspective in Recruitment

Employment Conditions

To be employed with us, you must be at least 18 years old, be able to verify your identity, and show that you have the right to work in Sweden. A valid BankID is also required as both the employment contract and time reports are signed digitally.

➡️ To ensure that we maintain high quality in the assistance, new employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (about 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than within a month from the start of employment. Read more about the training here.
