Account Manager at Stena Recycling in Värnamo
Are you business-driven, curious, and eager to create value for both customers and society? We are now looking for a responsive and responsible Account Manager to join our team in Värnamo – a role where you will have the opportunity to make deals that contribute to a more sustainable tomorrow.
About the Role
As an Account Manager at Stena Recycling, you will work to solve and develop our customers' recycling needs by selling our recycling and environmental service offerings. You will primarily engage with medium-sized customers through continuous client visits and standardized industry offerings, but will also manage some smaller clients. The role involves both acquiring new customers and developing existing customer relationships, where you identify new creative solutions that create development and value for the customer.
You will work with pricing, prospecting, and contract negotiations, and your portfolio will include everything from large A-customers to smaller C-customers. In this role, you will collaborate and maintain ongoing dialogue with the branch manager, customer support, product specialists, and colleagues from both local and central sales to improve our solutions for customers together.
The position pertains to the GGVV region with an office and facility located in Värnamo. A company car is included in the role.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with strong self-drive and great curiosity. You are skilled at building relationships and networks, both internally and externally. You take responsibility for your own business and are confident in networking and building new relationships in the market. We also see that you have a good ability to see different solutions for customers and thus contribute to increasing our service sales.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of work experience in sales
- High school diploma or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
- Driver's license (B)
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
- Experience working in CRM systems
- Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge in complex service sales and sales where soft values are added
- Sales training
- Experience in the recycling industry
- Good knowledge of Microsoft CE
