Purchasing Assistant

We are looking for a temporary purchasing assistant for our purchasing department at the headquarters in Tenhult. We are looking for someone with a sense of structure and order, who has an eye for detail and is good at planning. We also see that you enjoy customer contact and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

The purchasing department is responsible for all purchases for our four production lines. Raw materials, materials, and components vary in nature. You will be part of a team of four people.

As a purchasing assistant at KABE AB, you will be responsible for parts of the company's order placement and ensuring delivery reliability.

Responsibilities

• Actively work with order placement and deliveries
• Have daily contact with both local and external suppliers
• Collaborate within the team and report to the purchasing manager
• Handle delivery issues
• Maintain close contact with our warehouse units to improve internal and external logistics flows.

Who are you?

You have previous experience in similar tasks and a strong interest in developing both personally and within the team. You have worked with procurement/orders and have solid knowledge of planning and distribution within the manufacturing industry.

You are proficient in English, both spoken and written, as many of our suppliers are located abroad. Familiarity with the business system M3 is an advantage.
