Axe Throwing in Stockholm is a group activity where participants learn to throw axes at a target and then compete in a tournament. It’s similar to bowling or darts but a much more fun activity.

We are looking for a part-time Activity Leader who has the flexibility to take sporadic hours during weekdays and weekends. Approximately 4 - 10 hours per week. You should be able to work mainly evenings and weekends.

As an Activity Leader, you will have the following responsibilities.

- Meet customers. Introduce customers to the activity of Axe Throwing, safety, and competition rules.

- Monitor and support customers during the activity.

- Take care of customers after the activity and handle payments.

- Clean up after groups and prepare lanes for the next group.

- Respond to questions or booking inquiries that come via phone calls.

Your Qualifications:

- Very high social competence as you will ensure that customers are satisfied with the activity regardless of the results they achieve.

- Stress resilience and the ability to handle time pressure. Sometimes it requires you to work at a high pace to keep the schedule. Therefore, you should be a stress-resistant person who can handle this.

- Good English in speech and writing is a requirement as we have some English-speaking customers.

About You

- You are a creative person and come up with ideas/suggestions to improve the business.

- You are comfortable in a computer environment and on social media.

- You communicate in flawless Swedish in speech and writing (native language). A must as you will handle customer communication via email and social media.
