We focus on delivering mission-critical, innovative IT solutions in complex environments. We are now looking for a senior IT technician in Windows who wants to help drive the development, operation, and automation of large-scale Windows environments.

Job Description

As a Windows Infrastructure IT Technician, you will:

• Work with the operation, development, and management of services within Windows infrastructure
• Automate and streamline processes through scripting and policy management
• Troubleshoot, secure, and harden environments to achieve high availability and robust security
• Collaborate with other technical areas and stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions

Must-Have Requirements

1. Experience with large-scale Windows infrastructure – You have worked in environments with at least 5,000 users.
2. Documented expertise in operation and implementation of policy management in larger Windows environments.
3. At least 5 years of experience with Windows Server 2016–2022.
4. At least 5 years of experience with Powershell scripting related to AD, Infoblox, and VMware (vSphere/vCD).
5. Experience with VMware as a hypervisor and practical work with vSphere/vCD (at least 3 years).
6. At least 5 years of experience with scripting via nodeProtect and working with its APIs.
7. Experience in IT security work (e.g., certificate management, server hardening, Microsoft security baseline).
8. At least 1 year of experience developing and maintaining DSC resources.
9. Experience with operation, development, and scripting against the VCD platform.
10. Experience in developing and managing solutions with RestPS.
11. Experience with source code management in Git.
12. Experience with integration against BMC Remedy/Helix to drive automation of server deployment.
13. References must be attached – provide client, contact person, and contact details to verify relevant competence.
14. CV in Swedish in Word format – clearly explain how you meet the above must-have requirements.

Preferred Requirements

1. ITIL certification or equivalent.
2. Several years of experience with large-scale Windows infrastructure (beyond the must-have requirement) for organizations with at least 5,000 users.
3. Experience working with implementation of Open-SSH in Windows environments (e.g., smartcard login).
4. At least 1 year of experience developing and maintaining DSC composites.
5. At least 1 year of experience scripting against BMC Remedy/Helix for automation of server deployment.
