About the position

Perido is looking for an employee for an exciting assignment at our client's office in Sundsvall. The client company offers a variety of communication services and contributes every day to shaping the digital transformation in the Nordic region. Their products and services play a crucial role in the fight to solve current and future societal and environmental challenges.

Your responsibilities

In your role as an IT support technician, you will have the opportunity to utilize all your existing knowledge of technology to solve customers' problems. At our client, you will have the chance every day to help and develop other people by ensuring that customers have a functioning IT workplace. In your work, you will be responsible for a number of customers who have IT support agreements with the client. You help the customer with everything from installing an email program to setting up a virtual machine for a server. Support is provided through guidance over the phone and email, or directly through remote control from the office.

Qualifications:

• A couple of years of experience working in a servicedesk/helpdesk within IT
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft's portfolio, PC, technical troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English

Scope and access

Full-time, assignment initially for 6 months via Perido, then possible recruitment to the client. Starting in mid-January.
