About the Position

We are now looking for a skilled support technician for an IT Helpdesk to assist our clients around the area.

The Helpdesk is responsible for providing user support to the client's employees. As a technician, you are expected to work closely with your colleagues to ensure a fast and professional user experience through their support channels. The role is a consulting role.

Your Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include:

– Handling incoming cases via portal, email, phone, and on-site.

– Following SLAs according to their Incident process.

– Providing support via remote tools for their Client Computer Service.

– Providing user support on-site when needed.

– Creating documentation for internal processes.

– Managing installations and orders of computers and conference equipment.

– Actively participating in the group's development and improvement work.

– Identifying and forwarding operational needs to other groups within the IT department.

Requirements

Experience with Office365, Citrix, Azure, AD, and migration.

Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
