As a customer service representative, you will be an important part of the team, assisting corporate clients with everything from payment and contract inquiries to orders and deliveries. Your main responsibilities include:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email - you will be the hero on the front line!
• Managing and administering cases in Salesforce.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues quickly and smoothly.

• Has a complete high school diploma.
• Is a university student with at least one year left of studies.
• Can work 1-2 days a week and full-time during the summer.
• Has previous experience in a service role.
• Is computer literate and enjoys learning new systems.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
• Can work physically on-site in Rotebro (free parking and close to the train station!)

This is a consulting assignment with employment through us at OIO.
