As a customer service representative, you are the company's first point of contact with corporate clients and are responsible for creating a positive customer experience. Your tasks include:

• Answering questions via phone and email regarding cash transports, deliveries, and orders.
• Managing and administering cases in Salesforce.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Representing the company with a high sense of service and professionalism.

• Is currently working in customer service - using phone, email, and/or chat as tools in the job.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Is familiar with the Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Has a complete high school diploma.
• Fluently speaks and writes in Swedish and English.
• Enjoys working 100% on-site in Rotebro with your team.

Meritorious: Experience with Salesforce, IFS, or similar systems.

Personal qualities: You are communicative, service-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced role where the phone is your primary tool.
