Your Mission

Nacka Senior Center Talliden is a dementia-oriented nursing home located in central Nacka. We have room for 60 residents and a day activity program focused on dementia. The facility also has a kitchen with chefs who prepare meals from scratch. Surrounding the residence are terraces, a conservatory, and a garden that provide opportunities for outdoor activities and gardening. On weekdays, we have a dog that encourages walks for our residents. Your Role

Your role is crucial in providing our customers with safe and personalized care alongside the care team. You will work preventively according to the quality registers Senior Alert, BPSD, and the Palliative register. Your tasks will include supporting residents in their daily lives, both with care and by contributing to a meaningful and stimulating environment based on each person's needs and circumstances.

Your Experience

For this position, you are required to have:

Care assistant education
At least three years of experience in elderly care
Experience working with individuals with dementia
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have a specialist care assistant education (e.g., in dementia).

You have a clear customer focus and contribute to good relationships with customers, relatives, and colleagues. You enjoy both collaborating and working independently and take responsibility for your tasks. When challenges arise, you act calmly and solution-oriented. Documentation is an integral part of the job, and you find it easy to learn new systems.
