About the position

As a pharmacist in Medication Support, your tasks will include:

• being the contact person for several care units and being responsible for ordering, unpacking, and monitoring the sustainability of medications in the medication storage
• revising the basic assortment in medication dispensers, medication storage on shelves, and in fluid carts
• monitoring consumption patterns, therapy changes, procured medications, and seasonal items
• being responsible for the needs of the operation and knowing which medications are particularly critical
• monitoring and supporting the operation during shortages and withdrawals

The operation works hospital-wide, and your main workplace will be either in Huddinge or Solna. This means that you may need to work at the other site depending on the needs of the operations.

We are looking for someone who

• is meticulous, responsible, and skilled at structuring your work.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed pharmacist
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Previous work in the hospital pharmacy area
• Experience in medication supply in hospitals
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Visma Proceedo, Omnicell, and Clockwork.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
