- Collaborating with operations to develop and test new local solutions to meet future needs in care for individuals with cognitive disorders.
- Working with family consultants and operations to develop and coordinate information and support initiatives for relatives, in accordance with national objectives.

- Has documented experience in mentoring staff and leading change initiatives in practice.
- Has a good understanding of the national dementia strategy and the National Board of Health and Welfare's national guidelines.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Documented experience in change management and preferably training in the area.
- Experience in leading and driving development projects.
- Experience working with and mentoring in national quality registers such as the BPSD register or SveDem.
