As a Senior IT Project Manager, you hold a strategic and leading position with significant authority and clear impact. You are responsible for initiating, leading, and delivering complex IT initiatives that are business-critical for the organization's development. From idea and strategy to implementation and long-term value creation – you lead the whole process.

Your Mission and Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop complex IT projects and cross-functional teams towards clear goals and measurable results.
Have overall responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, resources, as well as risk and opportunity management.
Be a central point of contact for management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and progress.
Create an engaging and high-performing project climate where people grow, collaborate, and deliver together.
Contribute to the development of working methods, structure, and governance within IT project management.

We see that you have:

Solid experience in leading successful IT projects in larger and complex organizations.
Strong ability to identify, engage, and lead stakeholders at various levels.
Documented good leadership and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Good technical understanding and experience working closely with architects, developers, and other specialists.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
