Your Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and drive digital and technical projects of varying sizes and complexities

• Have overall responsibility for planning, execution, delivery, and follow-up

• Be a reliable leader for project teams and a strategic partner to clients and stakeholders

• Ensure structure, quality, reporting, and progress according to established working methods

• Contribute to the development of Northab's offerings, working methods, and client relationships

Who We Are Looking For

You are an experienced and business-oriented project manager with clear leadership skills. You thrive in a consulting role, are accustomed to taking responsibility, and are motivated by creating results in collaboration with others. You have a strong interest in digitalization and see technology as an enabler for development and change.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within IT and digitalization

• Solid experience in driving technical deliveries and implementation projects, often close to the client

• Experience in follow-up, governance, and reporting in complex project environments

• A well-developed business sense and ability to contribute to the client's long-term development

• Relevant higher education or university degree

• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience from consulting

• Industry experience in areas such as healthcare, energy, or telecommunications
