EnRival AB currently has about 100 offices across large parts of Sweden, from Ystad in the south to Luleå in the north. Our areas of operation are Recruitment, Transition, and Education. In labor market projects, we are, among other things, a complementary actor to the Employment Service and one of Sweden's leading providers of job matching through the Rusta and Matcha service.

Our office in Sävsjö is growing rapidly – and we now need to strengthen the team with a relationship-building and action-oriented coach within Rusta and Matcha.

The Role – for those who like to make things happen

As a coach at EnRival, your mission is to guide job seekers towards jobs or studies. It is a varied and social job where you make a concrete difference every day.

You will, among other things:

Coach participants individually and in groups
Match against jobs and education
Maintain and build relationships with employers, the municipality, and various authorities
Support participants in application documents, interview training, and self-confidence
Act as a safe partner on their way to self-sufficiency

You are a person who:

Eligibility Requirements

You need to meet either option 1 or option 2 below:

Option 1

At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
At least two years of full-time work experience

Option 2

At least one year of post-secondary studies (full-time) with passing results
At least three years of work experience in one of the following:

Leadership with personnel responsibility
Recruitment
Transition work
Study and career guidance
Handling personnel issues
Work with labor market issues
Social or group psychology
Career guidance

Meritorious – what makes you shine a little extra

Ability to create and maintain good relationships
Digital competence and experience with online meetings
