JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you have experience in developing e-services and are passionate about creating a great digital experience for customers? Then this could be the role for you!

With us, you will play a key role in driving and coordinating the development of Jordbruksverket's digital customer meeting, with a particular focus on My Pages and our e-services. You will work both strategically and tactically, in close collaboration with colleagues in communication, digitalization, and development departments, as well as other operations. Together, we want to create a cohesive and customer-centered digital experience. The journey will not be easy; the challenges are many, but your work is in demand and will feel very meaningful. We are looking for someone who is willing and able to roll up their sleeves!

In this role, you will:

  • be the product owner for My Pages and lead the work to develop goals and plans for development in both the short and long term
  • coordinate and drive the development of the digital customer meeting, focusing on creating a unified and user-friendly customer journey from jordbruksverket.se to our e-services
  • clarify requirements and principles for the development and management of e-services, including UX and architecture
  • work closely with the web strategist, development and digitalization departments, and operations that own the e-services
  • act as a bridge between technology and operations and lead change efforts together with key roles in the organization

You will be placed in the communication unit of the operational support department. In the unit, we are about 25 colleagues, two deputy unit managers, and a communication manager. Our unit is characterized by collaboration and curiosity in a fast-paced environment with many exciting questions. Together with others, we drive the development of Jordbruksverket to work more customer-centered and efficiently.

We offer you a team-based working method, interesting and challenging tasks, and great responsibility combined with intensive collaboration with colleagues both in the unit and in other parts of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has coordinated and developed e-services with a focus on a cohesive customer journey in complex IT environments and across organizational boundaries over the past five years.

You have a post-secondary education in communication and/or IT, or equivalent experience that we assess as comparable. You have a good understanding of customer-centered development and the importance of CX and UX.

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have experience in change management in larger organizations, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate with both developers, architects, and management teams. You are confident and used to working at the intersection of operations, technology, and communication.

It is particularly positive if you have education or documented experience in project management, CX, or business development.

As a person, you are confident in your professional role and have the courage to stand by your opinions even in complex contexts. You are driven and take the initiative to create results, while also being able to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders. You work in a structured and organized manner, but you also have a creative side that helps you find new solutions when challenges arise.
