JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an operations technician, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for planning and both preventive and corrective maintenance for the municipality's water treatment plants and sewage treatment plants. Your tasks include monitoring and following up on the facilities' functions. In this role, you will take significant personal responsibility, develop and grow, and work solution-focused.

On-call duty is included in the position, and you will be on call when the employer deems you have sufficient experience with the tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have relevant technical vocational training or work experience in the water and sewage industry. A B driver's license is required for the job as we have facilities throughout the municipality.

A prerequisite for doing a good job is that you can and enjoy working with machinery, have an interest in technology, and are computer literate. You have a strong curiosity about how things work and enjoy problem-solving. You will work both independently and collaboratively, which requires drive, initiative, and responsibility.

Additional experiences that are meritorious include electrical qualifications/knowledge, knowledge of control and regulation technology, as well as computerized monitoring and process knowledge in water and sewage technology.

It is positive if you have several years of experience in the water and sewage field, but the most important thing is that you have a willingness and commitment.

The position also includes vaccinations such as tetanus, Tinwrix, and TBE.

Full-time with a monthly salary. A probationary period applies.
