We are looking for a property caretaker who enjoys practical work both indoors and outdoors. You will play an important role in maintaining our port facilities in Oskarshamn and Västervik, with placement in Oskarshamn.

Your role

In your role as a property caretaker, you will work practically and independently with operations, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general property-related tasks. The work is varied and changes depending on the season and the needs of the business. Tasks include supervision of docks and maritime safety equipment, such as the maintenance and oversight of lighthouses and buoys, hence some boating experience is necessary.

Your responsibilities include planning and executing rounds, preventive maintenance, and reporting faults. We have a maintenance system in place to ensure documentation and traceability according to our management system.

We expect you to be computer literate and have basic knowledge of programs such as Word and Excel.

Qualifications

High school education, preferably with a focus on property management, electrical, plumbing, construction, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Computer skills.

Driver's license (B).

Swedish proficiency in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious

Education in electrical work.

Experience in a marine environment.
