As a Senior Power Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-quality AC and DC cable systems for ReEnerfy's end customers worldwide. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Guiding the technical aspects of the projects
• Overseeing the design of high-quality and cost-effective cable systems
• Ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards
• Organizing, delegating, and supervising extensive calculations for the entire technical scope, including electrical, thermal, and mechanical calculations, as well as respective testing programs
• Monitoring and executing the technical budget related to products, tests, and technical work in projects

You will closely collaborate with production experts at the customer's factory, assess risks and opportunities for the projects, develop a deep understanding of and compliance with customer contracts and specifications, and act as a technical contact person for customers regarding projects.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented engineer with a solid technical background and advanced systematic and analytical problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and manage your own work while being meticulous in collecting, organizing, and presenting technical data through high-quality documentation that meets both internal and customer requirements. Effective communication skills are essential for negotiations with NKT's customers, and teamwork is crucial for fostering individual and collective growth.

You also have

• Experience in the high-voltage cable industry or high-voltage industry
• A solid technical background and a commitment to professional development
• Advanced systematic and analytical problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own work
• Attention to detail, crucial for creating high-quality technical documentation
