We are a nationwide specialist company that sells products, services, and system solutions within masonry and plastered construction. We have a circular business model where we aim to Preserve, Renovate & Reuse brick and plaster facades. We believe that the most climate-smart buildings are already constructed! We offer products and services in renovation, reclaimed brick, and unfired clay. We have professional stores and sales offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö, and we also have our own reclamation production of facade bricks outside Falkenberg.

Your responsibilities
Finance
- Compile and evaluate statistics
- Analyze monthly reports (P&L & Balance Sheet) – reports are prepared by the finance department
- Review results with the CEO and CFO once a month
Business Systems
Overall responsibility together with our system supplier Trygg/EG.
- Responsible for the item register
- Ensure correct market prices for items
- Manage customer agreements (no setup of new customers)
- Train staff in new routines and system functions
- Control stock balances and ensure that inventories work at the facilities
ISO 14001 Environment
- Ensure that our group certificate via Sweden's Free Builders is valid
- Update documentation according to central guidelines
- Participate in safety rounds
- Assist in environmental audits
IT
- Contact person for our IT supplier INVID
- Coordinate IT issues internally
- Responsible for hardware purchases
- Identify and eliminate minor issues
Routines & Processes
- Design, improve, and implement routines
- Be a problem solver and drive issues related to new needs and opportunities
Other
- Participate in assortment meetings
- Support the business in issues related to efficiency and development

We are looking for someone who has
- Very good Excel skills
- A strong business interest and a desire to understand our operations in depth
- Good collaboration skills and an unpretentious attitude
- Curiosity about AI and digital development
- Experience working in business systems
