We are looking for someone interested in working in customer service in our administrative department for our customer assignment with ASSA Abloy in Gothenburg (Torslanda). Here we conduct logistics operations on behalf of our client. The role involves providing administrative support to several departments, supporting warehouse operations and managers. As a Customer Service Agent with us, you should be able to handle transport administration, quality work, complaints, IT follow-ups, customs checks, as well as time reporting and access card management. The role requires experience in producing and presenting structured reports and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to all departments (transport, quality, complaints, IT, customs).
- Support operations (warehouse) and managers.
- Transport administration: manage transport bookings, complaints, and status updates to customers, as well as work proactively to ensure timely deliveries.
- Quality work: participate in CI initiatives and update SOPs.
- Complaint management: administer customer complaints, check in systems and inventory.
- IT-related tasks: follow-ups, KPI reporting, and status reports.
- Customs administration: quality follow-ups and checks.
- Time reporting: act as an administrator in SmartTime, ensure correct registration, and assist with access card management and permissions.
- Reporting and presentations: produce internal and external reports and presentations.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in administrative work across multiple functions.
- Experience in transport administration and complaint processes.
- Knowledge of CI work and quality processes.
- Experience in handling time reporting systems (preferably SmartTime) and access card management.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Good experience in creating presentations and reports for internal and external parties.
- Ability to work proactively and structured with multiple parallel tasks.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

You have a genuine interest in building relationships, are resilient under stress, and accustomed to handling multiple cases simultaneously. Taking initiative and being proactive is second nature to you as you work both independently and in a team. You are used to finding solutions that meet customer requirements based on the business's conditions.
