IT Support Technician

Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for the daily management of activities related to the user-centric IT work environment. You will provide support and assistance to the organization in IT-related matters. You will be responsible for coordinating and following up on service requests and the technical onboarding and offboarding of employees. You will handle both hardware and software and drive support and warranty cases with suppliers. Administration of user accounts is also part of your daily work.

Qualifications

• At least three years of solid experience working with Windows products, Windows 10, 11, and Office Suite 2016 or newer, Intune
• Experience with Active Directory user and computer management
• Current and relevant experience with onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
• Very good ability to express yourself pedagogically both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

Meritorious

• Current and relevant experience working in an organization with high information security protection
• Experience with Azure / Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, Windows Server
• Good knowledge of meeting room technology
• Good experience with mobile devices, iOS

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills who contributes positively to your workgroup. You have analytical abilities and are structured in your work with troubleshooting and problem-solving; you are also administratively structured, work independently, and are used to prioritizing your tasks. You find it easy to communicate your conclusions to both technical experts and employees in the organization.

The Work Group

As an IT Technician, you will be placed in the operational support unit and be part of a cheerful and positive group of security and IT resources. Here, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to ISP's security work and culture.

About Employment at ISP

The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement. The employment includes an obligation to be placed in a war situation.

To work with us, Swedish citizenship is required. The position is classified in a security class, and a security clearance with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. Since a large part of the tasks involve confidential information, the possibility of remote work is limited.
