Student Assistant at the Swedish Medical Products Agency
At the Swedish Medical Products Agency, we work for the health of people and animals, for a better Sweden today and in the future. Welcome to make a difference together with us! Are you an engaged university student with an interest in pharmaceuticals who wants to gain valuable experience in the regulatory sector?
Our Operations
The Regulatory Unit is part of the Permit area. We are about 50 employees divided into three groups: new application, amendment, and follow-up group. We are responsible for coordinating cases as well as regulatory investigation and advice. We are now looking for a student assistant to support the unit with work up to a maximum of 25%.
Your Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to combine your studies with qualified work. You will work part-time while studying full-time. This means you will gain work experience during your studies. The workload can vary and be adjusted according to your studies, but corresponds to about 10 hours/week.
The work involves, among other things, checking and updating information about pharmaceutical products and application procedures in the Swedish Medical Products Agency's databases and other sources.
Your Background
We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled in a full-time university program in pharmacy or equivalent and has completed approved studies corresponding to at least 120 higher education credits and has not started a doctoral program. You have excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You also have very good computer skills.
Your Personal Qualities
You are meticulous, structured, attentive, and have a good ability to collaborate. You are solution-focused and enjoy planning your own work. You work independently, initiate, and complete your commitments. This means you act in a trustworthy manner and are responsible. You have a very good ability to be productive, which means you balance the demands of efficiency and quality well.
We place great importance on personal qualities.
