Temporary Nurse

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on patient care and ensuring a safe, cohesive care chain. You are part of a team, and together you help each other to ensure good care. This gives you the space to plan and structure your workday, while you and your colleagues support each other when needed. In the team, you work together with nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors, and during on-call work, you have support from our established collaboration with the Mobile Family Doctor Unit.

The work is varied and includes both planned and urgent interventions. You make medical assessments, prioritize interventions, and guide nursing staff.

We currently have a consolidated recruitment process for temporary staff in health and care, which means we are continuously working to recruit the best-suited candidates for our needs for nurses. We are currently recruiting for:

• Care and nursing homes
• Home healthcare
• Zethelius short-term unit.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and enjoys responsibility. Taking a leadership role is a given for you, and you have the ability to prioritize and make decisions when it really matters. You understand the importance of good collaboration and are skilled at creating good relationships with your colleagues.

You have a Swedish nursing license and may already have experience working as a nurse. If you have experience working with elderly people or with individuals with dementia, that is a significant plus.

You will be driving in your job, so you need to have a B driver's license.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must present proof of a valid work permit or be exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
