JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant with us, you will perform tasks within care and nursing. An important part of the job is to create a meaningful everyday life for each individual, where you consider each client's individual needs and circumstances. As a care assistant, you put the client at the center and always work to achieve the best possible interaction. You will support the individual in personal, practical, and existential matters. You will work closely with other professional categories such as nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. The job also includes performing health and medical tasks on delegation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and has experience working in a dementia ward. In your work, you are present and put the client's needs at the center. You are attentive to different needs and can meet people in an engaged and professional manner. You have good social skills and believe that good relationships with clients, colleagues, and management are important. You find it easy to collaborate, are solution-focused, and responsible. Since documentation is an important part of the job, it is essential that you feel comfortable with computers and mobile phones and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You should be able to receive delegations from licensed personnel. Experience from previous work as a care assistant is a requirement.
