Läkargruppen Landskrona is a small, family-oriented healthcare center located in central Landskrona, where quality, accessibility, and continuity are the guiding principles.

We are situated in modern, bright premises that exude a calm and peaceful atmosphere beneficial for both staff and patients. Our excellent training facility was inaugurated less than a year ago.

Job Responsibilities

As the sole physiotherapist at our healthcare center, you will become an invaluable part of our team. You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists in an environment where the patient is always the focus. We have a mixed patient demographic, but with a predominance of middle-aged and elderly patients. Your main responsibilities will include assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal issues, as well as working with rehabilitation of neurological conditions and respiratory-related diagnoses such as asthma and COPD. You will also serve as the clinic's rehabilitation coordinator, acting as a consultant to the doctors and collaborating with the Social Insurance Agency, the Municipality, and the Employment Agency.

There are fantastic opportunities to help develop the organization and put your own stamp on it. Throughout the year, we plan to implement the arthritis school in the digital platform Support and Advice, start group training for various patient groups, and wellness activities for staff – here, only your imagination sets the limits. You will have supportive colleagues, our digital platforms MittPTJ and 1177, Physiotools, and a large training facility with modern equipment at your disposal.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with the necessary licenses and qualifications to practice in primary care. Previous experience in primary care is a clear advantage, and if you have also worked as a rehabilitation coordinator, that is a plus. It is also beneficial if you have additional training or experience in areas such as insurance medicine, OMI, McKenzie, Axelina, massage, and acupuncture. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is essential. We also place great importance on your personal suitability and your ability to build positive relationships with both patients and colleagues.

Your Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is warm, engaged, and confident in their role as a physiotherapist. You always put the patient first and have a genuine desire to contribute to their health and well-being. You are unpretentious, flexible, and willing to share your knowledge.

Your ability to collaborate effectively and communicate smoothly with different professional groups and patients is crucial. You should have a holistic view of the patient's health condition, be solution-focused, and able to work independently. You must also have a willingness to stay updated with the latest treatment methods and guidelines and strive to provide good and evidence-based care.

Additional Information

The healthcare center is open weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. The length of the workday is adjusted according to these opening hours to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
