At Love Omsorg, we are now looking for a dedicated, secure, and energetic personal assistant for a 6-year-old girl in Kristianstad.

This is a role for someone who enjoys movement, play, and activity and wants to be an important part of a child's daily life and development.

As a personal assistant, your main role is to support the girl in her daily life based on her disability – but equally important is to be active with her. She has a lot of energy and enjoys playing, swimming, and being active, both during the week and on weekends.

The work primarily takes place in the family's home, but also during outings and various activities outside the home.

Working hours are mainly weekdays, but weekend and evening shifts may occur.

• Support in all personal care (e.g., hygiene and showering)

• Active participation in the girl's daily life:

  play, walks, swimming pool, outings, etc.

• Creating a safe, structured, and positive daily life

• An employer with a heart in the right place

• Collective agreement via Vårdföretagarna

• Introduction and shadowing with an experienced assistant

• Support from engaged management
