We are now looking for a driven and goal-oriented Key Account Manager for our client!

We are looking for someone who is business-minded, self-driven, and enjoys a role where you can combine relationships, analysis, and results. You have a good understanding of the client's business and are driven to create value that benefits both parties.

We are looking for you who:
• Have 2–3 years of experience in proactive B2B sales with documented good results
• Are used to working independently and taking responsibility for the entire sales process
• Have a good business understanding and can identify the client's needs at both operational and strategic levels
• Build trust quickly and enjoy long-term customer relationships
• Have strong communication skills and are used to presenting solutions to decision-makers
• Are structured, analytical, and have the ability to drive multiple business processes simultaneously
• Have experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Have a B driver's license

About the role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the company's key customers. You will work closely with the clients and influence how the collaboration grows over time. The role involves both identifying new business opportunities and developing existing partnerships.
Your main tasks include:

  • Taking responsibility for the entire customer cycle – from prospecting to long-term development
  • Creating and implementing customer-specific strategies and action plans
  • Analyzing the market and the client's business to find new growth opportunities
  • Conducting customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations at the decision-maker level
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Working towards clear goals and contributing to the company's continued expansion

You will have close cooperation with the sales management and have access to ongoing coaching, business support, and tools to grow in the role of KAM.
