About the Job

The architectural work is a central area where you will have the opportunity to contribute to development. You will help create the conditions for the digital transformation that the authority is currently undergoing, and you will be an important part of the authority's development activities.

As an EA in business and information architecture within the IT department and part of Skatteverket's architectural governance, you are a key person in the work around target architecture and the transition Skatteverket is making towards an information-driven and digitized operation. You will contribute to developing new solutions that meet today's and tomorrow's requirements from both the business and our customers' needs.

You are responsible for business and information architecture within the IT department at Skatteverket and plan and coordinate the architectural work in the area while supporting the business in change processes. Of course, this is done with the aim of ensuring that the authority's overall vision, goals, and strategy are followed and aligned with the authority's strategies and IT direction. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

You will belong to the architecture unit within the IT department and will be located in Gothenburg, Sundbyberg, Umeå, or Malmö.

About You

In this job, you should:

• have good communication skills in Swedish, meaning you express yourself in a simple, clear, and pedagogical way in both speech and writing.

You should also have:

• at least three years of current and relevant experience in business and information architecture at the enterprise level within a large organization
• several years of current and relevant experience in business and/or information architecture to analyze and document needs for business transformations based on goals and vision
• several years of current and relevant experience working within development activities
• several years of current experience using models to analyze and document architecture
• experience leading and supporting other architects and leading workshops
• experience in planning and executing architectural work in connection with a business change

It is also desirable that you have worked agile in the SAFe framework and that you are certified in or have current work experience in change management and/or project management.

Good to Know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.
