About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who wants to support our clients in their agile transformation journeys. In this role, you will coach and guide individuals, teams, and entire organizations through agile change processes with the goal of creating a culture characterized by collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement. You will work at both a strategic level with management teams and at an operational level close to the teams, where you adapt methods and approaches to the client's unique circumstances.

Your daily work includes coaching and mentoring, supporting the implementation of agile principles and methods, facilitating workshops and training, and collaborating closely with both management and teams to ensure progress and achieve results.

About You
You are seen as a specialist in agile frameworks and are comfortable guiding and supporting teams and organizations in adopting agile ways of working, increasing efficiency, and delivering value to customers. You are a responsive and pragmatic person with a strong results focus and the ability to adapt to different organizations' needs. You have a well-developed ability to communicate and collaborate with various levels in an organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or equivalent in agile transformation projects
• At least 5 years of experience in IT development
• Good knowledge of agile methods and frameworks, as well as certifications in the field
• Experience facilitating workshops and training
• Relevant higher education or university degree
• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Relevant certifications in agile frameworks
• Experience as a Scrum Master and Product Owner is a plus
