We are looking for a dietitian to the Dietitian Clinic at Kalmar County Hospital who will work with adult patients.

In the professional role of a dietitian, you will perform nutritional assessments, treatments, and follow-ups. You will work both independently and as part of a team with other professional categories.

About You

We are looking for a licensed dietitian who has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. As a person, you are positive, patient-focused, and eager to continue developing in your profession as a dietitian. You have an easy time establishing contacts with others and enjoy variety in your work. Previous experience in inpatient care within medicine and experience with the Cosmic journal system are advantageous. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Your Future Workplace

Rehab Söder is tasked with offering citizens in southern Kalmar County rehabilitative efforts at both specialist and primary care levels. The unit is also responsible for the region's dietitian activities in the southern part of the county, as well as for the social worker activities at Kalmar County Hospital. Services should be provided in collaboration with other healthcare providers and the patient's social network when necessary. The goal is for our services to lead to maintained or improved health.

At the dietitian clinic, 12 dietitians, one department manager/dietitian, and one administrative assistant work in shared premises. We have close collaboration, an open climate where we learn from each other, and a good atmosphere in the workgroup. Kalmar County Hospital is one of three hospitals in Kalmar County. The hospital is an emergency hospital with specialist care, maternity care, and postnatal care.
